“Isilo” Zulu for King, this page is now dedicated to the Late “Isilo” the elephant of Tembe Elephant Park, Isilo died of natural causes in January 2014. The three largest Elephant Tuskers in Southern Africa are from Tembe and are quite visible as they tend to live in the south Isilo , Induna and Makobona.
